Refund & Cancellation Policy

We sincerely appreciate your donation and support to Shri Vrajbhoomi Ashram.

Shri Vrajbhoomi Ashram is operated by Shree Vrajbhoomi Foundation Trust, a charitable trust based in Anand, Gujarat. All donations and financial transactions are processed under the legal name Shree Vrajbhoomi Foundation Trust.

If you have made an error while making a donation or wish to request a refund, please review the policy below.

1. Refund Policy

Donations made to Shri Vrajbhoomi Ashram are voluntary in nature. Refund requests will be reviewed at the sole discretion of the management.

If you have made a donation by mistake, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of the transaction.


• Please include your transaction details when requesting a refund.
• The refund request must include complete transaction details such as:
• Full Name
• Date of Transaction
• Donation Amount

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable time through the original mode of payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

For recurring donations (if applicable), you may cancel your recurring contribution at any time by contacting us.

Cancellation requests will apply only to future payments. Completed transactions cannot be cancelled once processed.
